I was truly impressed by Aotearoa
Adventures people experience and assistance in helping to organize my trip "Down
Under". They looked after
all the details from A to Z: airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, excursions
and even tips about where to eat and go shopping. In
New Zealand
and
Australia
their local representatives provided me with a detailed itinerary and other
information about places to visit. Everything went as expected and without any
problem.

We wanted a memorable and distinct
vacation (not just a regular tour) - and that is exactly what
Aotearoa
Adventures organised for us!
Our travel planner actually grew up in
New Zealand
and visits both
New Zealand
and
Australia regularly - there was hardly a place we wanted to visit that she
had not been.
She took the time to discuss all available options and find out
exactly what kind of vacation we wanted. We were thrilled with such personalized
service.
The creativity in combining numerous tours in order to make a cohesive trip was
great logistics. Having an extended team of local contacts Down Under was most
helpful. Having someone greet us upon arrival in
New Zealand
and
Australia to go
through our itinerary and provide all the vouchers was very nice, but even more
valuable was having local people (Aotearoa Adventures staff) there to help us
reorganize when circumstances beyond anybody's control - heavy rains in Cairns -
made our scheduled travel, tours, and accommodation impossible. Had I booked
stuff myself through the Internet it would have been an ordeal to rearrange
everything.

We used Aotearoa Adventures to
plan our trip to Australia/New
Zealand because of their deep knowledge of both countries.
Not wanting a standard
organized coach tour, I provided a list of places I wanted to visit and they
came back with a detailed itinerary that hit all my requirements and included
other must-sees within a tight timeframe. It was an ambitious schedule, but
the trip went like clockwork. The Australian and New Zealand counterparts
met us when we arrived and provided all the vouchers and maps we needed, as well
as local contact numbers for the occasional hiccup (like a lost voucher for our
final
night’s stay.)
We had a terrific holiday, with a real mix of activities and travelling
modes, and the headaches of planning it were someone else’s, not mine!
